At Molten Australia, we want to ensure you are playing with the best equipment possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Gear
Ensure the sports equipment is unused, uninflated (if applicable), and placed back in its original Molten branded packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
